Frequently Asked Questions
Do you charge a booking fee?
No, never. You pay the hotel's own rate, and Marriott pays me a commission for handling the booking. My advice, my time, and the added perks cost you nothing extra.
Will I still earn Marriott Bonvoy points with Marriott Luminous bookings?
Yes. You earn Bonvoy points and elite-night credit exactly as if you'd booked on Marriott.com. Your Bonvoy number goes right on the reservation.
Do Marriott Luminous benefits stack with my elite status?
They do. The program perks (breakfast, an upgrade, the property credit and so on) come on top of whatever your Bonvoy status already earns you, so Platinum and Titanium members do especially well.
Are the rates the same as booking direct?
Yes. I book the same flexible rate you'd find on Marriott.com, and I can often add promotions you won't see booking direct, like a complimentary extra night or resort credit.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
No. There's no minimum - even a single night qualifies for the full benefits.
What if I need to change my booking?
No problem - unlimited changes up to the hotel's own policy. Your reservation is held by the hotel directly, and you pay them at checkout.
